Our Restoration Process
Our process is designed to handle leaks and corrosion in every part of your cooling tower. First, we clean the inside of the tank and install a fluid-applied seamless liner to seal any cracks or improper fittings and prevent future leaks. This liner will cure to damp surfaces and can be applied in cold temperatures, so you do not have to worry about faulty protection.
Next, we will repair any exterior damage by removing corrosion and rust and applying a patented epoxy polysiloxane coating, a system that will prevent corrosion and ensure your filters are not clogged by rust. This Polysiloxane coating is impervious to UV, chemical, and water damage, ensuring tower and condenser are prepared for years of use.
Lastly, we apply the same cleaning and coating process to the structural steel support system, delivering 360 degrees of protection. Your cooling tower will operate correctly and remain leak-free for years to come and you will save hundreds of thousands of dollars in the process.
